Kanopy’s Floor Plan Breakdowns

Having a functional floor plan is an essential part of choosing the right home for you and Kanopy offers 3 different floor plans – Ixora, Banyan, and Cypress. We’ve put together a comprehensive breakdown of each floor plan to help visualize how the space is distributed.

So, what does this breakdown mean?

While the Ixora is our smallest plan in terms of square footage, the room-by-room breakdown shows that it is a true 3 bed, 2 bath home. The first noticeable difference if you view this plan is the size of the foyer/entry way. There is a combined 80 square feet of space giving an amazing open feel when you first walk in. In addition to the first impression, a major difference between the Ixora and our other plans is the layout of the kitchen. This is our only plan with an L-shaped kitchen making it a cozy space for food preparation and memories to be made cooking. If you’re looking for a home with larger bedrooms, Ixora provides the largest 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The Banyan Plan is our best-selling layout and it’s no secret why. It provides the largest primary bedroom and walk-in closet combination of all our floor plans. As the den is the same square footage as the 2nd or 3rd bedroom, it gives a flex space that can be used as a bedroom, office space, home gym, or whatever your lifestyle requires. The Banyan also has the largest functional living space of our plans (dining + living).

Last but certainly not least, the Cypress is the largest floor plan we are constructing. Like the Banyan, the Cypress also has a den AND a dedicated office space rounding this out as a potential 5-bedroom home. With storage space being a precious commodity in Florida, the Cypress has the largest garage with plenty of room for storage and an additional closet in the primary bedroom. No matter what you need to hide away, the Cypress will accommodate.
